Shipping
Local pick-up is possible. We ship with Canada Parcel Post or UPS, depending of the destination. Normaly, all orders are shipped from our factory within 3-business days after receiving payment. We ship anywhere in the world, but please keep in mind that shipments overseas are very expensive ! Please email us for shipping and handling to all destinations.
A tracking/confirmation number will be provided by us for each shipment.

Payments
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through Paypal..
We do not accept checks or money orders.

Product returns
All product sales are final. Please take special care by ordering carefully and completely, and verify the order given in the confirmation email issued at time of order placement. Our quality control assures that all products are checked for flaws before shipment. We will replace any defective product, but only if customer checks package contents upon arrival and notify Design Daveluy of any problems within 24 hours.

Shipping errors & lost packages
Design Daveluy is not responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues. Design Daveluy is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION
All packages paid with a credit card must be shipped directly to the card holders actual billing address only, no exceptions. When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, the customer will need to place another order for his/her desired product.
